@enterprise at the SBB

Our partner FREQUENTIS implemented the intervention management solution EMSA for the Swiss Federal Railway (SBB) based on @enterprise. This application provides substantial assistance for construction and maintenance work.
Thanks to the optimal interface between EMSA and the existing DERI (Dérangements à l‘Infrastructure) application, the responsible employees can now react to faults even more efficiently. The evaluation of the causes and measures taken leads to an overall improvement of the safety installations. Because of the linguistical characteristic of Switzerland the whole application, including all forms and the master data, is offered in the languages German, French and Italian. By using this application it is possible to optimize processes, reduce costs and increase safety of the experts working on site.
