To ensure rapid processing of your requests, we ask you to attach the following information to your email when you report a problem with
@enterprise.
- Version Information: The function "Server Info" in the server monitor of @enterprise provides the essential information about Java, database, driver and @enterprise version. It is essential that you provide this information.
- If you report an assumed failure attach an excerpt from the log file.
- If there is a Javascript Error in the browser or a HTML page is not shown correctly, send the HTML source and the browser's version information.
