  • Version Information:

    The function “Server Info” in the server monitor of @enterprise provides the essential information about Java, database, driver and @enterprise version. It is essential that you provide this information.

  • Log-File

    If you report an assumed failure attach an excerpt from the log file.

  • Javascript-Error

    If there is a Javascript Error in the browser or a HTML page is not shown correctly, send the HTML source and the browser’s version information.
